Position: Director, New Logo Sales
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of high performing, client-focused professionals, ensuring you provide them with strategy, guidance, support, and a voice as the executive level escalation point. Make changes to workload or territory assignments based on business need.
- Act as Tangoe expert on new/enhanced product and service offerings.
- Ensure optimal collaboration best practices, working with Partners, Sales Operations and Solutions Architects.
- Demonstrate expertise and advise on our solutions, use cases and ROI presentations.
- Execute a disciplined sales process that delivers value to clients aligned with sales and milestone targets.
- Partner closely with senior sales and marketing leaders to ensure accurate messaging, SOW language and other key contractual language.
- Manage planning and forecasting activities with the Account Executives.
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual opportunities.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Proven experience closing deals of significant size and scope.
- Develop a strong rapport with team so they can do the same with prospects by building credibility through knowledge and value.
- Identify overall customer needs and develop effective solutions that meet expectations.
- Ensure clear communication of customer expectations throughout the Tangoe organization – Executive team, Services, Product and Support.
- Strong Excel/access skills. Fully proficient in other productivity suites such as, Word, Outlook, or similar software.
- Must be highly effective with oral, written, and formal presentation / communication skills.
- In depth familiarity with account management, telecom, MMS, and telecom expense management industry.
- Significant sales experience including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
