Location: Coral Gables-Miami-Open to remote work- In office 1 day per month

Employment Type: Full-time 6-8 month Contract,

Shift 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Customer Service Representative to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service by handling phone inquiries and assisting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage high call volumes, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all inquiries.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing (minimum 35 wpm), and data entry related to talent acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is filed appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews, processing applications, and tracking candidate progress.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and other HR software to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and candidate information.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a seamless recruitment process and assist with other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.
  • At least 3 years of clerical experience, preferably within Human Resources.
  • Proven ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic familiarity with other office software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing inquiries professionally.

  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of the HR team, while also being self-sufficient in managing individual tasks.
