Candidates need to be local to the Kansas City area.Job Description:The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial treasury support, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.Job Duties:Prepare monthly reporting and reconciliation for all sales and cost data for the accounting and sales organizations.Prepare monthly managerial adjustment reports and ensuring the accuracy of business data in BI.Perform sales and expense analysis, identify trends and drivers.Work closely with A/R & A/P.Work closely with sales organization team on sales / volume analysis, provide support to upper management.Prepare Quarterly reporting on Pricelist, Monthly LE review and finalization of month, quarter and year end results.Yearly Sales budget preparation & reconciliation.Maintaining ERP and other financial/accounting systems in a timely manner.Minimum Qualifications:1 -3+ years of financial analysis experience requiredBachelors degree in accounting or finance requiredManufacturing experience highly preferredAdvanced Excel skills requiredAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
