Skills and requirements:
- 2+ years of working experience in either a law firm or in-house in an IT company.
- Master’s degree in Law/International Law.
- Deep knowledge in drafting and architecture of Software Development, License, and Services Agreements.
- International law experience.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Professional experience in IT, FinTech spheres, Corporate and International Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law will be a plus.
- Highly motivated, responsible, productive, and persistent.
- Organized with the ability to plan work within established deadlines.
- Ability to work fast and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and research skills, ability to process large amounts of information, and summarize findings.
- Proactive, with a business-focused approach.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and care in the final product.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise different types of contracts (Software Development, SaaS, License, Services Agreements) and other legal documents.
- Prepare answers to the clients’ amendments/comments to the clients’ agreements, drafting agreements based on accepted amendments.
- Draft and review terms of use/website policies/public offers.
- Review and draft official letters/official complaints/pre-court claims.
- Legal analyses and review of various kinds of agreements for day-to-day company operations.
- Review and draft legal opinions on related cases.
- Conduct research on legal issues relevant to the company's operations, and provide analysis and recommendations.
- Provide general day-to-day administrative, research, legal support to activities of the legal team, and contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the legal team.
- Report to the Legal Team Lead of the Clients’ Stream.
- Perform other assignments and tasks from the Legal Team Lead of the Clients’ Stream.
