Job Title: Service Management Consultant - ServiceNow BA
Location: Atlanta, GA
Travel: 25%

Job Description:

  • Join us to participate in design, test and transition Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the Now Platform.
  • Perform thorough data analysis, while engaged in migration projects, to provide requirements for developers enabling configuration and customization.
  • Provide ‘Early Life Support’ - delivering Service Management and Service Integration services and handing over support to the future delivery teams.
  • Design and implement E2E trainings and UAT.

Service Management Implementations

  • Assist us in collecting core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and lead the overall implementation process in partnership with developers.
  • Gather customers and service providers requirements into technology stories, solution the approach and perform the implementation process with the Developers.

Service Management Remediation projects

  • Assist Delivery teams to resolve issues and improve service delivered to the customers against ServiceNow Platform.

Qualifications - External

Required:

  • Experience in IT Service Management design, transition, or operations processes.
  • Experience in business analysis and configuration or administration of 2+ modules of ServiceNow Platform.
  • Understanding Scrum Methodology.
  • Experienced interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, self-starter able to work independently with minimum of supervision.
  • Good social skills to help with priorities and to resolve problems among project partners, such as clients and internal team members.
  • Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from various sources, reconcile problems.
  • Facilitation skills to assist gathering requirements in workshops and deliver training to clients and Capgemini employees.
  • Use of industry recognized technologies to facilitate work environment.
  • Demonstrate experience in communicating across all levels of an organization, at the most senior levels.
  • Certifications required: ITIL Foundation+, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (must have), specific module: presales/micro-certifications.
  • COBIT, VeriSM, IT4IT, Lean IT (desirable).
  • Scrum certified (desirable).
