Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Performs all duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Center and in accord with applicable professional code of ethics.
2. Responsible for all current program content, program evaluation and contract maintenance, ensuring all client and contracting agencies needs are met for assigned programs including School linked mental and substance abuse services, Co-Responder Program, and Birth to Five.
3. Develops program budgets and ensure programs are operating within the financial needs of the Center.
4. Provides personnel supervision for assigned programs and directs clinical supervision where needed.
5. Supervise assigned staff within the guidelines of the Center's personnel policies.
6. Provides individual, group, family and/or psychotherapy, (within limits of experience and educational background), including emergency services as necessary to meet the needs of clients and the Center.
7. Required to build relationships with the schools, state, county and local vendors pertinent to programs you are overseeing.

Licensure/ Education/ Experience Required:

1. Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
2. LP license Psychology.
3. Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC).
4. PhD in Clinical Psychology.
5. 2-5 Years required in leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
