This role is part of a new services team and provides support to facilitate financial and contractual aspects of all service projects. This includes the estimation and creation of SOWs to accompany software sales, ensuring proposed sales arrangements meet gross margin requirements, minimizing commercial risk, and collecting payment on time. You will be interfacing with Product and Delivery Teams as well as Customer Service and Sales teams.

This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office) in any of the following locations - Dedham, MA; Frisco, TX; Lincolnshire, IL; and Kennesaw, GA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Masters Zebra product portfolio to build product, business and competitive intelligence.
  2. Serves as a trusted advisor to Implementation team, Product Management and other key stakeholders.
  3. Follows corporate approval framework and related policies.
  4. Reviews special pricing requests for justification, profitability and non-standard contract terms.
  5. Delivers value-added analysis to assess business dynamics (price/discount/margin trends, volumes of special pricing requests).
  6. Creates and/or enhances regular and ad-hoc reports in Excel/MS Power BI.
  7. Works with Sales teams to formalize Bid Strategy.
  8. Liaises with other support functions including legal, finance & BU.
  9. Builds the pre bid P&Ls.
  10. Pricing and margin reviews.
  11. Manages the EBCR Process.
  12. Highlights any potential Revenue Recognition issues.
  13. Seeks approvals for Non-Standard elements as required.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related.
  2. Relevant experience from a dynamic, deadline-driven environment where cooperation with multiple levels of management and Sales teams is a must.
  3. 3+ Years of relevant experience preferably in a Sales Operations role.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Ability to negotiate, use diplomatic skills, effectively communicate with diverse business groups and senior levels of management.
  6. Confidence whilst managing multiple urgent tasks under changing conditions and deadlines.
  7. Familiarity with price formation, revenue recognition, commercial deals and their fulfillment.
  8. B2B software experience in retail or healthcare.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of MS Excel; experience with MS Power BI is a big advantage.
  2. Problem-solving skills, excellent analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and clearly articulate results of your value-added analysis.
  3. Passion for continuous self-improvement.
  4. Travel Requirements (as a % of time): up to 10%.
  5. Membership of a recognized and appropriate professional body is of benefit.
