The pay range is $60,000.00 - $120,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. As a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

1. Create and lead a culture of executing all best practices.
2. Drive total store sales and demonstrate how your team contributes to store profitability.
3. Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead your team to prioritize the guest experience.
4. Manage scheduling to align with guest traffic and business needs.
5. Develop working relationships with third-party vendors.
6. Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends.
7. Develop and coach your team to elevate their skills.
8. Lead team onboarding and learning.
9. Ensure compliance with ethical conduct, safety, and operational standards.
10. Address store needs as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
