Senior Business Tax Specialist

As a Senior Business Tax Specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of one of our newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business.

What You'll Bring:

• 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season
• Strong customer service skills through video and audio tools
• Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software

How You Will Lead:

• Interact with customers through video communications software
• Provide tax advice, full service business return preparation, and product/software inquiries
• Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences
