This experienced salesperson will work with our existing options clients across our 6 options exchanges. Their goal will be to help our client manage their options business and grow across our exchanges. This salesperson will also cover topics like market structure, regulation, competitive landscape, and our fee schedules. This salesperson will also work to close sales in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives. Typically, they have a limited number of key/strategic accounts and maintain relationships with clients at the senior management or executive level. To summarize, this person will generate business with new clients as well as generating additional business with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and articulates key areas of opportunity in the market. Analyzes development of sales, retention, and marketing initiatives. Driving revenue and generating business with new clients as well as existing clients.
- Supports the Senior Sales Executives in closing deals for both new and existing clients, in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.
- Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer’s senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
- Responds to escalated customer issues.
- Proactively drives implementation of products and coordinates communication, maintenance, and new development across Nasdaq relevant business units.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales
Experience Required:
3-5 years

The base pay range for this role is $131,900 - $219,800. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs, and market demands.
