The Opportunity
This is a hybrid position and you will report to the Manager, Supply Chain Planning. The Supply Chain Coordinators are trusted and responsible for the tracking and communication regarding the inbound purchase orders from vendors into multiple fulfillment centers based on the purchase orders dates and milestones. You will be responsible for decision-making to determine the best course of action for any product that will not be delivered based on those dates. You will be knowledgeable with regards to transportation terms, logistical options, with an understanding of timing, operations, and logistics.

Your Impact

  • Track all PO's both high and low volume purchases orders going to multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring they are released by the vendors, shipped, or appointed to the fulfillment centers, and loaded into a sellable status in time for all the product to go on air and ship to our customers.
  • Work with the transportation team to find alternative transportation solutions within a similar cost to support on time delivery of units while maintaining allocation and ensuring a timing for deliveries to support in market shipping.
  • Communicate with on air planning managers/ buyers any product that will be late and present additional information on when that product could be expected or present alternative options that may come at an increased cost or create alternative allocations that may not support in market shipping.
  • Reach out to vendors regarding PO's not released and resolve any issues that may affect delivery of product.
  • Work with Transportation teams to implement and re-route or plan any diverts or changes to destination while in-transit. Identify and rectify errors or issues with incorrect EDI information.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Education: Bachelors or University degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Role-specific Education or Certificates: Supply Chain
