We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk to join The Heathman Lodge team in handling accounting. In this role, you will perform accounts receivable tasks and administer payroll.

About Us: The Heathman Lodge is a well-known and highly respected hotel in Vancouver, Washington, offering exciting opportunities for career growth and professional development in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete accounts receivable process, including:
    • Invoice generation and distribution
    • Collections management
    • Payment posting and reconciliation
  • Prepare and distribute accurate and timely payroll
  • Assist with new employee onboarding procedures and background checks
  • Maintain organized employee personnel files and HR records
  • Handle various accounting clerical duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or payroll
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proven reliability in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous hospitality industry accounting experience
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems
