Job Title: NetSuite Technology Manager

Job Description:

• Deploy and Implement NetSuite Solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes within NetSuite ERP and other software solutions used for e-Commerce business, planning, and optimization of the existing or new enterprises.
• Supervise, mentor and Develop Junior Consultants/subordinates with work allocations/guidance to deliver the projects within stipulated times. Translate business requirements into technical architectural diagrams converting into business solutions, empowering and cross train subordinates (Fellow admins and developers).
• Direct development and consulting teams to execute development strategies, resolve technical challenges and provide training and technical assistance as needed. Automating and customizing the backend NetSuite ERP solutions as needed to meet the needs of business.
• Review and upgrade legacy Suite Scripts 1.0 to 2.0 or latest version that supports forward as well as backward compatibility. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
• Work on integration projects with SPS Commerce, Dell Boomi, Celigo, Shopify, WooCommerce and Other platforms. Driven integration sessions to architect and implement integrations with NetSuite.
• Partners with business and leadership team for the execution of new NetSuite ERP modules, and optimization road map for the existing or new NetSuite accounts.
• Responsible for ERP cloud service partners integrations including third party integrations with NetSuite.
• Manage Technical deliverables and oversees the Technology Team based in Houston and in India.
• Manages multiple customers projects and works with different teams to understand requirements, provides solutions for ongoing challenges, and collaborate with NetSuite Technical team members to execute the right solutions by providing technical development or support for projects.
• Works closely with CEO, CTO, and other executive members to explore new native features and functions.
• Lead NetSuite Implementation to export accounting trailing transactions, reconciliation of GL – General Ledger MoM (Month over month) data. Helps controller and team with any accounting training that should help to run a checklist before closing books.
• Utilize technical expertise in NetSuite ERP functionality and development using Suite Script 2.0, Workflows, RESTful API and Data Analytics for NetSuite using Suite Analytics, Reporting module to build custom interdepartmental business KPI, customize reports and saved searches. Publish KPI for marketing, merchandising, and accounting executive’s NetSuite dashboard. Once KPIs are implemented, work with team to publish some of them to dashboard as a portlet.
• Works with multiple teams to implement NetSuite WMS (Warehouse Management System) for multiple warehouse locations.
• Work with NetSuite Administrator and provide guidance for documenting standard development best coding guidelines, formal policies (knowledge/change/release management), and the best practices for performance monitoring of NetSuite Enterprise Account.
• Work alongside the development team both NetSuite Developer and Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA) developers in defining and following best practices and guidelines to develop scripts.
• Lead Business requirement gathering sessions with Executive team and other key stakeholders, conducting fit gap analysis, and converting them to workable solutions. Assisting Technology Director/Vice President/Project Manager to update project status report, timeline, risks, or any technical blockers.
• Travelling to attend business conferences to represent organization when required by business. Travel internationally (overseas office) to provide technical training and help new team members to execute complex business solutions.

REQUIREMENTS :

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or computer related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Senior NetSuite Developer with hands on experience in NetSuite administration, development, and customization for NetSuite modules such as warehouse management system, Suite Analytics, Reporting and Accounting along with working on NetSuite KPI’s. Must have 2 years’ experience using Suite Script 2.0, Workflows, RESTful API and Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA), in designing dashboards using portlet or any custom KPI, and hands on experience with third-party integrations such as Boomi, Celigo, SPS Commerce, and SFTP. Must be able to work in unanticipated locations to interact with clients and train users for short- and long-term assignments. 10% international travel required.
