Job Summary


The Business Analyst will work to contribute and support initiatives and projects; develop and present analytic operational reports; and create, modify, and/or simplify operational processes and procedures.


The Business Analyst also:


  1. Evaluates business processes, documents requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and develops solutions.
  2. Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and develops optimization strategies.
  3. Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  4. Performs requirements analysis, documents and communicates the results of analysis efforts.
  5. Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  6. Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  7. Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produces useful reports.
  8. Provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  9. Helps to manage projects, develops project plans, and monitors performance.
  10. Creates, updates, implements, and maintains procedures.
  11. Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  12. Performs other duties as required.
