Joining Miro's IT team as an IT Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our internal IT infrastructure. Your key responsibilities include overseeing office equipment, maintaining our suite of internal services (including User Directory, Password Manager, Corporate Chat, SSO, MDM, Ticketing System, HRIS), and ensuring seamless hardware and software support. You'll play a crucial role in empowering employees through account access management and change management, while also providing guidance on internal procedures. Your expertise will extend to maintaining user devices, our network infrastructure, Cloud VPN, and AV systems. You'll also contribute to service development processes and support internal events. This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of user satisfaction and efficiency in our dynamic, collaborative environment.

About the Role

The main objective of the IT team is to provide processes, tools, and infrastructure to enable people efficiency and compliance, allowing people to work without distraction.

What you’ll do

  • Provide expert technical support, swiftly resolving hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate closely with teams like Workplace and People to develop and implement IT processes that enhance overall productivity and user experience.
  • Manage and optimize user access and license allocations across various software platforms.
  • Spearhead special IT projects, including equipment upgrades and office relocation, to keep our technology at the forefront.
  • Coordinate and provide comprehensive IT support during internal events, ensuring seamless technology integration and functionality.

What you’ll need

  • At least 3 years of IT experience as a systems administrator or IT specialist in a 500+ employee organization.
  • Proficient with both Mac and Windows operating systems, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Skilled in giving and receiving actionable feedback, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of network equipment and routing principles (LAN, VPN).
  • A proactive approach to technology, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the IT field.

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to California and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $84,000 to $110,250. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
