A Partner to Help Develop, Foster, and Grow Our Sales Team
We are looking for a partner to work with our C-suite and a talented team to coach and develop our sales force, currently consisting of about 26 salespeople. This role requires a passion for coaching and sales rep development, along with the ability to build relationships with business partners and vendors while fostering great client relationships.
Responsibilities include balancing the hiring of both entry-level and experienced salespeople, as well as handling complex sales strategies among a diverse team. Our company has been steadily growing for over 30 years, and we have a wide range of technologies in our portfolio that our clients trust.
What we need from you:
- 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Understanding of the technology we sell.
- Organizational skills and discipline with management tools like CRM.
- Ability to work out of our Waltham office with 45-minutes notice.
- Current authorization (or expected soon) to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Requirements
Qualified applicants must have:

- Experience as a successful individual contributor in technology sales;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills;

Estimated Salary Range
$90k - $150k per year
