Role Description
We are in need of a strong and experienced family law paralegal. This position has daily contact with clients to collect necessary information, and works closely with our team of attorneys to bring efficient and cost-effective resolution to cases. Our paralegals work independently and without micromanagement, draft pleadings and motions, prepare attorneys for mediations, depositions and trials, etc. We provide family-friendly scheduling, a flexible work style, benefits such as life insurance, disability coverage, dental plan, and employer-matched retirement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case preparation
- Knowledge of family law procedures and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong grammar and writing skills.
- Litigation experience and a desire to work long-term in family law matters a must
