What You Can Expect

As a Services Sales Account Executive at Workvivo, you'll be responsible for driving growth in Services revenue associated with the Workvivo Platform. A successful candidate will understand the importance of building strategic partnerships with the Account Executives to present the value of Professional Services to our customers. This candidate will be highly engaged, capable of learning, and be comfortable presenting and discussing our Services to all levels of a customer’s organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Present the value of Workvivo Professional Services across the Zoom Platform, including new customer implementation and additional expert services.
  2. Build, track, maintain, and forecast an opportunity pipeline using Salesforce.
  3. Conduct discovery sessions with Zoom/Workvivo Account Executives and/or the client directly to determine the best PSO solution that fits their needs.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  5. Create implementation pricing and Statement of Work (SOW) based on discovery sessions.
  6. Engage proactively with the Account Executives within your region on current and future opportunities.
  7. Be an ally and advocate for our customer experience team, ensuring all bookings adhere to their guidelines and expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Experience in a SaaS sales environment, consulting, customer relationship, or customer success roles.
  2. Experience selling or working within a Professional Services environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. A demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results.
  5. Proficient in the use of Salesforce, Docusign, and other sales systems.
  6. Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.
  7. Passionate about relationships and the customer experience.
  8. Skilled negotiator and objection handler.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

$128,600.00

Maximum

$257,300.00
