American Truck Centers is expanding! We're opening our third location in Oklahoma City, joining our other successful branches in Denver, CO, and Kansas City, MO. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Used Commercial Truck Sales Manager to lead our sales team. If you have a strong background in commercial truck sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the used commercial truck sales team at our new Oklahoma City location
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Oversee inventory management, including pricing and merchandising of used trucks
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial truck sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial truck market and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license
