Workers' Comp Attorney

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve justice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and appeals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including petitions, briefs, and motions.
• Advise clients on their rights and options under workers' compensation law.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
• Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation law and relevant legal precedents.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to gather evidence and build strong cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal workers' compensation regulations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
