This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll:

  1. Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves.
  2. Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction.
  3. Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
  4. Be in the know: Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
