What you would be doing: 

As a Central Intake Coordinator, you would be part of the company Admissions team, working in conjunction with the external marketing team and the internal facilities  to assure census and case mix goals are achieved. You would use your experience, knowledge, and networking skills to develop coordinate and nurture relationships with potential referral sources including hospital, post-acute, community, physician, insurance company and other resources; and to oversee the life span of the admission process and customer satisfaction from referral, tour conversion, admission, contract completion on through early admission.  

What your work schedule would be:  

You would work typically work during business hours Monday through Friday with flexibility to work nontraditional hours.  

The successful candidate: 

  • Preferably has a Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field. 

  • Preferably has a minimum of one year of demonstrated success as an Admission Director in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Has knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to healthcare marketing required.
