Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer savings through outbound negotiations with top providers (Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies, identifying and documenting "patterns" to enhance our repeatable process
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, setting expectations, and exceeding service standards
• Document customer interactions and negotiation journeys in our CRM
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive process improvements

Fast-Track to Team Supervisor:

• Achieve exceptional performance metrics and demonstrate leadership potential within the first 6 months
• Take on additional responsibilities, mentoring team members and contributing to team strategy
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement team goals and objectives
• Lead by example, driving a culture of excellence and customer-centricity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or negotiation
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong desire to lead and develop others, with a passion for customer experience
