**Job Title:** Registered Nurse
**Job Specialty:** ER, Urgent Care and Emergency Department
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty.
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years
**License:** Valid State License preferred
**Certifications:** ACLS, BCLS, PALS, TNCC
**Must-Have:** Charge Nurse Experience, Conscious Sedation, Triage
**Job Description:**
- Serve as a Registered Nurse in a standalone Emergency Department and Urgent Care setting.
- Work in a busy environment handling approximately 140-220 patients per day, including 20% pediatric cases.
- Manage patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 during night shifts and weekends.
- Participate in occasional weekend shifts, working every third weekend.
- Utilize Epic for charting and maintain accurate patient records.
- Adapt to a fast-paced triage area where initial patient orders are initiated.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.
- Complete any required modules and orientations pre-start.
- Available to work within scope but not required to float between units.
Note: This position does not require an on-call schedule.
