The Opportunity:
Our Customer Service professionals provide critical support to customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make this organization a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry's top talent to help guide and support their customer's needs and provide them with innovative solutions.
Our Account Executive ensures clients receive the service they need to manage their insurance policies properly. They facilitate positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex accounts.
- Manage the entire account-service process
- Market to carriers
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Present proposals to clients
- Participate in client meetings and presentations with Producer(s)
- Oversee the processing of enrollment, changes, and terms
- Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
- Respond to and resolve escalated client issues
- Check policies, endorsement, and audits for accuracy
- Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums
- Maintain accurate and organized account files
Expectations and Accountability:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Have at least 8+ years of related commercial insurance experience
- Are currently Property & Casualty licensed in California and good standing
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization effectively
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Have the confidence and demeanor to interact with all levels within the organization effectively
- Are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
