We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods via truck and rail. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager, Merchandisers, and processing teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer PO orders into Smartsheets TMS Program
- Work with Logistics Manager to determine the best facility for order fulfillment based on timeliness and availability
- Collaborate with Merchandisers to understand current contract balances, pricing, and accruals
- Confirm product availability at our facilities, partners, and various origins in North America
- Communicate effectively with facility teams to ensure successful order fulfillment
- Coordinate with processing teams and origins using Microsoft Suite, Phone, WhatsApp, and other methods
- Stay up-to-date with the current truck market, including bulk transportation

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the truck and rail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other communication tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
