Job Description

Process Engineering Co-Op Overview:

Envision spending your summer working with energetic colleagues and inspirational leaders, all while gaining world-class experience in one of the most dynamic organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a reality for a participant in the Process Engineering Co-Op.

Responsibility for delivering three key projects that are critical to our business. These projects will provide a great opportunity for the candidate to be involved in several key functions in operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the production facility by leading and supporting engineering projects and developing batch records and procedures for one segment of the operation.
  • Develop procedure, change documentation and other project related documents as required.
  • Provide technical support in the installation and qualification of new instruments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
  • Must be enrolled in university during the co-op period.
  • Expected graduation date Dec 2025 – June 2027.
  • Proficient in required software including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including analysis.
  • Experience in CAD platforms (AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Microstation).
  • Self-motivated; ability to execute with limited supervision and direction. Can work independently or as part of a team.
  • Can work cross-functionally with other departments/functions.
