As National Sales Director US, you will oversee the sales operations in the USA, driving sales strategy and leading the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, cultivating strong relationships with key clients, and driving sales towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across North America, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead Market Analysis : Guide efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, adapting strategies as needed, to develop all territories.
- Team Management & Development : Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear sales targets and KPIs.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Partners Management : Establish, maintain, or terminate relationships with agents for specific territories.
- Revenue Growth & Market Expansion : Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaboration & Integration : Work closely with the Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams.
- Performance Monitoring : Regularly review sales performance against targets.
- Negotiation Strategies : Support Salespeople in preparing negotiations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 7-10 years of sales management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Deep understanding of the North American market dynamics for manufacturing and automation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Sound business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and also in a structured, disciplined sales environment.
- Ability to travel across North America.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Field of Study: Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or similar.
- Formal training in consultative sales techniques and experience with sales methodology and CRM.
