Job Description
Employee Responsibilities:
- Perform lab-scale downstream processing of vaccine products and process intermediates
- Perform assays on vaccine products, process intermediates, and related experimental samples using biochemical/analytical tests
- Prepare solutions/reagents
- Set-up process equipment for lab-scale experiments
- Maintain records and experimental results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skill
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
- Proven ability to work independently in hands-on laboratory setting
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration
- 0 – 2 Years of industry experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time and permanent, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with over time as needed. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to West Point ** _ , PA_** ** __** are encouraged to apply. On-site work is expected in order to be effective in this role.
