Summary:
The President is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the franchise brand by working with management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and implement the brand strategies, annual budgets and forecast to achieve the financial objectives of the business.
- Provide overall direction and guidance in the operational activities of the franchise system, ensuring proactive training and assistance to franchisees for maximizing unit growth and profitability.
- Help drive growth of the businesses and ensure appropriate talent, metrics, and strategy are in place to support that growth, including new and existing franchise units.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees to ensure their success with the brand.
- Oversee and support new & ongoing franchisee training, targeted regional training, and annual conventions.
- Develop talent within the organization to sustain business growth and franchisee support.
- Foster a culture that promotes high ethical standards and respect for all internal and external customers.
- Drive P&L understanding and management for the brand, monitoring financial activities and ensuring EBITDA goals are met on a monthly and annual basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a Sales, Operational, or leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience working with franchisees.
- 10+ years of proven experience driving sales & operations in a franchisor environment, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- 8+ years of experience improving and implementing new educational programs for franchisee training.
- Strong knowledge & ability to utilize data analytics to implement new strategies based on business needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Proven ability to effectively develop & inspire diverse teams to support brand expansion.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and P&L management.
- Expertise in assessing and mitigating risks including regulatory & safety risks.
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to connect with various levels of leadership.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strategic mindset.
- Must have a demonstrated history of high integrity, respectful and sound decision-making in the workplace.

Pay: $185,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
