Medical Claims Director

TK Health is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated *Medical Claims Director *to join our team at our Corporate Office team in Oklahoma City. The Medical Claims Director is responsible for the strategic processing of medical claims by following all federal, state, and local legislation and regulations that pertain to insurance claims.

*5+ years of medical claims processing experience required.*

*Salary:* $60-80K

*Location: *Main Office - Oklahoma City, OK

*Schedule: *Full Time, Monday-Friday

*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* Obtains needed knowledge on correctional medical claims processing including researching new legislation and guidelines.
* Works with legal team to address and research regulatory requirements related to claims.
* Manages day to day activities of claims team and ensures processing of timely medical claims.
* Responsible for developing and adhering to department policies and procedures that align with company needs.
* Builds and maintains relationships with healthcare institutes, correctional partners, and other team members.
* Coordinates the necessary communication for all affected parties related to claims issues
* Monitoring claim activities, performance management, and production standards and quality of results.
* Works with accounting department to ensure proper payment processing.
* Produces monthly reports and shares with appropriate parties timely
* Processes claims as needed.
* Reports directly to CEO, CFO, and COO

*Qualifications:*
* *5+ years of medical claims processing experience required*
* Bachelor’s Degree in related field
* Knowledge of Federal, State, and County regulations and laws in regards to medical claims.
* Management experience
* Knowledge of Medicaid claims processing
