Manager Business Development & Sales for Middle Market NE. Responsibilities include direct prospect calling and developing marketing initiatives in support of Managing Directors/Relationship Managers in Boston, Providence, and New Haven. Establish marketing drip campaigns using Salesforce to promote Webster Bank and communicate with clients we provide funding to. Telemarketing and outward-bound phone calls to set up appointments for Relationship Managers. Working with Sales Support Group to be MMNE liaison in effort to streamline reporting and sales efforts. Collaboration in the content and development of Fact Sheets to support Vertical Markets we are targeting.

Responsibilities

  • Direct prospect calling and developing and implementing marketing and telemarketing campaigns in support of Relationship Managers in Boston, Rhode Island, and New Haven.
  • Working closely with Relationship Managers to develop our value proposition for vertical markets we are targeting.
  • Calling and setting up appointments for Relationship Managers.
  • Using Salesforce to promote Webster Bank and communicate with customers and prospects more effectively.
  • Expand our sales pipeline by regularly promoting Webster Bank's brand and messaging. Attending external events to build COI network.

Requirements, Skills & Experience

  • 7 to 10 years in a sales or marketing role required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 USD to $130,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
