  2. Paid holidays and a flexible vacation policy
  3. Great technical and career growth opportunities

What You’ll Do:

Solution Architects at SailPoint embark on their journey by undergoing comprehensive product training. This initial phase allows them to harness their existing experience, paving the way for a profound understanding of our SaaS solutions. Within a month or two, they begin serving as the technical leads on customer projects where they will employ their client and partner communication skills, as well as their industry knowledge, to share organizational best practices for SailPoint products and identity governance. After their first six months, Solution Architects will have established themselves as both technical and consultative experts within the SailPoint Services organization, and by the end of their first year they will have become a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and to less experienced team members. As part of your role as a technical advisor, you will also have a chance to use your development skills/background to work on custom efforts on a regular or as needed basis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Gathering customers' business use cases and documenting product-based requirements with recommended solution designs
  2. Educating customers and partners on high-level product architecture, functional design, and best practices
  3. Assisting in the scoping, analysis, and documentation of implementation projects
  4. Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate SailPoint implementation partners
  5. Helping implementation team members design creative solutions to complex problems
  6. Assisting with the actual technical delivery of the solution via written code or complex configuration
  7. Using your development background to write custom work or review others' code

Requirements:

  1. 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm; 3+ years of software implementation experience
  2. Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
  3. Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners
  4. Experience with the following tech-stack

Preferred:

  1. Experience with at least one of the following: SpringBoot, SpringMVC, XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms, Relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), Directories (LDAP, AD), Enterprise resource planning or service management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow), Front-end language experience (HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Vue.js)
  2. Familiarity with SailPoint identity governance products or vendors such as Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell a plus
  3. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts a plus
  4. Experience with project management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)
  5. Experience with quality assurance duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans)
  6. Security software or IT audit experience

Education:

  1. Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
  2. J2EE certification and/or CISSP certification is a plus
  3. SailPoint Certified Engineer or Solution Architect is a plus and is expected within 12 months of hire

Travel:
