LHH is currently searching for a Market Analyst for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Irving, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of marketing, product, and/or business analytics experience preferably within a manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite opportunity at our clients office in the Irving, TX area.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, market gaps, and customer needs for physical products
Analyze sales performance, product lifecycle, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Monitor competitor activity and assess the companys positioning in the market
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product pricing strategies, promotions, and campaign forecasts
Track and report on key metrics such as market share, product profitability, and customer satisfaction
Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to align production with market demand
Develop demand forecasts to optimize inventory management and reduce excess inventory costs
Assist in segmenting customers and markets to tailor campaigns and product offerings effectively
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of marketing and/or business analytics experience in the manufacturing or a physical products industry
Proven track record of supporting business and marketing strategies with data-driven insights.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and competitive analysis
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at our clients office in the Irving area

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
