Functional Testing / QA process : Average , unable to clearly explain the functionality / QA process.
Automation : Good. , Able to write complex xpath , good at UFT automation , complex SQL writing

Overall : Vinod Is not clear with communication /QA process , but OK on the Automation , he might deliver the work from back end , but won't be able to run the show for scrums/E2E

Overall : - Seemed to be a fake profile , for major questions he starts with something and tries to match with some close answers at the end. , looks like someone prompting on the screen
Notes :
• We MUST do a screen with these folks first - She said she doesn't want to waste her team's time on anyone who has not been screened.
• Resources must sit onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in either Richardson TX or IL where her managers are located as part of their Hybrid working model. This is currently a non-negotiable, even if someone is a strong technical fit (I asked).

• INTERVIEW PROCESS- There will be a technical panel of 4 Leads who will do the first round interview. If they pass this interview, Kavitha will speak with them as more of a soft skills interview to make sure they will be a good personality/ attitude fit with the team.
Requirements :
• Automation Engineer who has hands on experience with Cypress, Selenium, UAT- Should also have Microservices and API testing exp. *Must be someone who has been hands on themselves doing the scripting work.
• Some Manual testing experience in their background
• Must have strong communication skills
Required Qualifications:
• Min 8+ years of overall automation experience
• Min 3+ years of Automation Lead experience handling onsite and offshore team members
• Expert in Efficiency initiatives, framework optimization and automation estimation
• Expertise in setting up best practices tools, frameworks, process etc.
• Handling Functional and End to End testing of complex application systems (Web , Windows , Mainframes ,AS400, Unix ,SFTP, Salesforce, CRM )
• Solid experience in working with databases/tools like Oracle , MariaDB ,MySQL workbench ,SQL Developer and writing complex SQL queries .
• Solid experience in Testing /Automating API's (SOAP, RESTFUL , AS400 Stored procedure)
• Expert knowledge on automation using UiPath, UFT, Selenium Webdriver , TOSCA
• Proven experience in implementing/customizing BDD , TDD , Keyword driven , Data driven , Hybrid Automation frameworks and using IDE's not limited to Eclipse, IntelliJ ,Rational Developer
• Experience in SVN, GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven, and various code Management and CI/CD tools
