JOB DESCRIPTION

Premier Swim Academy is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives at our year-round facility in Diamond Bar! We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, responsible, and have a passion for customer service! If you genuinely love being around the water, have a strong passion for customer engagement, and enjoy working in an upbeat family-oriented atmosphere, then Premier Swim Academy could be the right opportunity for you!

In this role, you will assist and engage with visitors at our aquatic facility. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with swim lessons inquiries, answering the phones, and other clerical duties as assigned. You will also be responsible for opening and closing procedures as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Assist all opening and/or closing procedures at the facility
  • Ability to learn and execute all front desk admin duties
  • Being proactive and looking for ways to improve class fill rates and family happiness
  • Contributing to team culture by participating in team events and cultivating a positive atmosphere
  • Proficient in all technology platforms utilized by Premier Swim Academy
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to patrons
  • Ensure that all rules and appropriate safety measures are stated and communicated clearly
  • Know all swim programs, events, and other activities that occur
  • Attend quarterly in-service training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

  • Must have availability during the week from 4:00pm-8:00pm (Monday-Friday), and on weekends 8:00am-2:00pm (Saturday-Sunday)
  • Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
  • Comfortability communicating with both adults and children
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for 8 hours

Preferred

  • Have prior swim customer service experience
  • CPR certification
  • Evening, weekday, and/or weekend availability
