Local Delivery Truck Driver

Starting Pay: $19.00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Local Delivery Truck Driver to run daily routes with frequent stops, loading and unloading packages as designated by the Transportation Department Manager. This role involves operating in a cross dock model, picking up and delivering product on assigned routes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Efficiently run designated routes and meet or exceed route times
• Unload and place products in customer storage areas
• Physically handle packages of up to 100 pounds
• Verify delivery with customers and handle any complaints professionally
• Handle company equipment properly and perform pre-trip inspections

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of route delivery experience or applicable background driving a straight truck
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate vehicle in various conditions
