This Property Accountant will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively performing financial and accounting activities of the company, while reporting directly to the CFO. There is huge opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the the company continues to grow and serve the general Mid-Atlantic area for over 50 years! They are very employee focused and being a smaller company this individual will have the ability to touch every aspect of accounting and finance.
This position is in the office/onsite 5 days/week.

Property Accountant Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS or AA degree in Accounting/Finance preferred; open on degree if relevant years of accounting experience
- 4+years full-cycle accounting experience
- Commercial real estate industry preferred
- Sage/Timberline software a plus
- Strong Excel skills
