Job Description
Commercial plumbing project manager/estimator with a sales background. Responsibilities include estimating potential projects, submitting the proposals and directing and monitoring the winning projects, including contract administration and project management. Also involved is interfacing via phone and in person with new and existing customers, contractors and developers.
7+ years of experience in the successful estimating design and/or management of Plumbing project installation

Ability to operate independently and autonomously and yet possess the discretionary judgment to know when it's appropriate to consult with others in the organization

Proficient utilization of management/accounting software

Demonstrate a corresponding high sense of integrity

Strong interpersonal and project management abilities employing strong organizational skills to respond successfully to a high volume of issues

Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience required

Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Distance vision
