Full-time position: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
The Customer Service representative will....
• Greet patients and guests,
• Process referrals for clinic services,
• Collect personal information and input data into computer,
• Collect co-pays,
• Answer phones,
• Scheduling,
• Assist clinic staff with tracking client caseloads, and other admin duties.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Previous experience working in a medical office preferred.
