Overview:
Rios & Rios A Medical Management Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled OB/GYN Specialist to join our team in Riverside, California. This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for partnership after the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care in obstetrics and gynecology to patients.
- Participate in call coverage, including weekends (1-5) and weekdays (1-5).
- Engage in continuous medical education (CME) and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $437,000 for the first year. Opportunity for profit sharing or partnership beginning the second year.
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
- Resident Program: $40,000 per year
- CME and Licensing: $1,000 per year allocated for CME or license and DEA expenses
- Paid Time Off: 20 weekdays per year
- Sick Days: 5 days per year
- Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year
- CME/Personal Time: 5 additional days for CME use and/or personal time
- Insurance: Health and dental insurance, malpractice insurance, and tail coverage
- Retirement: $401K retirement savings plan
Additional Information:
- After the first year, the provider transitions from an employee to an owner, gaining the autonomy to make decisions about tail coverage.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of California.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
