Growth Product Manager

What You'll Do:

  1. Design, prioritize, and implement A/B tests using VWO to enhance user engagement and conversion rates across our digital platforms.
  2. Analyze website performance using Heap and other product analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize the customer journey for conversion and enhance revenue.
  4. Develop and execute growth strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRO initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in CRO, growth marketing, and product marketing, applying best practices to ongoing campaigns.

What We Look For:

  1. Ability to drive a high velocity testing program that creates meaningful conversion lift each quarter.
  2. Ability to craft clear and compelling written specifications for A/B test experiments.
  3. Effectively think through and specify complex functionality.
  4. Ability to determine the right level of detail for a spec - you do not under-spec or over-spec a feature. You are able to leverage different spec formats, comps, and working prototypes as necessary to describe functionality in sufficient detail to successfully drive product implementation.
  5. Proactive in obtaining feedback at each phase of the project.
  6. Effective in negotiating the implementation of the current project, and making the right trade-off decisions in order to launch your project quickly, and in a high-quality manner. You know when to escalate decisions.
  7. Working with your team, you can make recommendations that deliver maximum value to the end user as quickly as possible.
  8. A strong grasp of the company's internal analytics and testing tools - Heap, Google Analytics, and VWO. You are able to use these tools not only to analyze results of projects, but to proactively gather insights from ad hoc queries, and to use those insights to drive product recommendations and set realistic conversion goals for upcoming experiments.
  9. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
  10. Familiarity with strong user experience, can independently assess a product design and make specific recommendations for how to improve it.
  11. You understand when it is critical to gather user input to help make a decision, and when it is not relevant to the decision at hand.
  12. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRO, web analytics, or a related role within a B2C environment.
