HR Director

Vaco LA is working with a client in the Higher Education industry who is looking for an HR Director to support all day to day HR functions. This opportunity is located in the Mid City area of Los Angeles and will be fully in office to start. This opportunity is looking to pay between 130k-145k on a direct hire basis. Experience using Paycom is a must for this opportunity.

Job Specifications:

• POC for all HR related questions
• Handling full cycle recruitment process
• Handling all HR compliance related issues
• Handling all benefits administration, LOA, and Workers comp claims
• Experience working with Payroll is a plus
• 7 plus years of HR experience required for role
• Experience working with Paycom HRIS system required for role
• Bachelors Degree or HR certification preferred
