GlobalSource IT is looking for an FP&A Manager to drive growth and financial performance at a pivotal time for our client. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels at financial analysis, forecasting, and providing strategic insights that guide executive decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, manage a talented team, and lead projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Productivity Projects: Improve operational efficiency by managing cross-departmental initiatives.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to align with strategic goals.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trends, provide insights, and create financial models to support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate key financial metrics and insights to senior management.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, develop innovative solutions, and stay flexible in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP Systems, BI Tools)
• Experience managing a team
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Preferred: Experience in data analytics, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or private equity.
