We’re excited to be expanding our Kent team and are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our Building Control services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a dynamic team and be a key player within the senior management team. The Regional Building Control Manager will be joining us at an exciting time of development and growth and will contribute significantly to ensuring regulatory compliance and the profitable long-term growth of the business.

Vantage Building Control is a Registered Building Control Approver, with offices in Suffolk, London and Kent. The role:

To undertake the role of a Technical Manager, lead and manage a team to deliver the Building Regulations service efficiently, competently and within a timely manner.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be required to deliver an exceptional service by working to the highest professional standards alongside colleagues, clients, construction workers, and other professionals, to ensure projects meet the relevant legislation, regulations and associated standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants should possess accredited status through RICS/CABE/CIOB.
