Overview:

Lincoln Center Theater has produced over 200 plays and musicals at the Vivian Beaumont, Mitzi E. Newhouse, and Claire Tow Theaters at Lincoln Center and other theaters on and off-Broadway, as well as touring productions nationally and around the world. LCT is committed to developing and producing new works and classics with an emphasis on the work of new and emerging playwrights, directors, and designers. LCT’s education program, Open Stages, reaches thousands of public-school students annually with curriculum-related projects, teaching artist support, and tickets to LCT productions.

Position Summary:

Lincoln Center Theater’s Development Department is transitioning its CRM to Tessitura in January of 2025. Tessitura will primarily be used for the recording of contributions and managing donor information. Ticketing data from LCT’s official ticket seller Telecharge will be imported into Tessitura daily. This is an exciting opportunity to establish best practices at a new Tessitura organization.

The Tessitura Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Development Operations and will primarily support the Development team, while also working closely with LCT’s Marketing, IT, and Finance Departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead regular trainings for members of the Development Department and create LCT specific documentation to establish a best practice culture and a standardized approach to data entry within in the Development Department.
  • Help create a data-informed fundraising strategy through the creation and maintenance of contribution and prospecting reports and dashboards.
  • Assist the Marketing Department by generating ticketing insight dashboards, as well as with list pulling.
  • Create data maintenance strategy including but not limited to duplicate records, constituent codes, open plans, and NCOA updates.
  • Oversee the updating of system tables as needed such as the creation of new funds, campaigns, sources, appeals, etc.
  • Support the Development Department with complex list pulling, output sets, report formatting, and mailing lists.
  • Maintain the Development Department’s TNEW pages and create additional pages as needed.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and procedures within the Development Department.
  • Remain up to date with the latest business intelligence developments and how these can be utilized to improve fundraising practices at Lincoln Center Theater.
  • Work with Tessitura integrations including Telecharge, Delivra, NetSuite and iWave
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years working extensively with Tessitura
  • Knowledge of or experience working with TNEW and Tessitura analytics
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in training or teaching
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to interpret and translate complex data
  • Interest in theater or performing arts
  • Experience in v16 and proficiency in HTML is not required but preferred

Compensation:

This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position with an annual salary range of $75,000-$84,000. Lincoln Center Theater provides comprehensive benefits including: Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 403(b) and Employer Match, and Paid Time Off.
