Job Title: Sr Graphic Designer
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 2-3 days Onsite/Week)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay range: $45/Hr to $52/Hr on W2
Job Description:

- Breadth of design skills across various media, for multiple audience types.
- Demonstrated work across PowerPoint, motion graphics, animation, and illustration. SharePoint design a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- At least 5 years of experience working in Graphic Design at an agency or in-house. Experience working in global team is a plus.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and using task management tools.
- Great communication skills, including staying connected with partners and delivering real-time updates whether sharing project ideas, content creation, roadblocks.
- Interest in staying at the forefront of design, communication and culture.
- Comfortable with passionate working environments and tight turn-around times.
- Responsible, high-energy, eager to work with other departments and independently.
- A capacity to give and receive critical feedback in a collaborative, productive manner.
- Model inclusive design best practices, reflecting the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of current and future.

- Understand, translate and champion our business strategies, extending our corporate brand to creative touchpoints and experiences across channels and mediums.
- Build assets for online, print, and video that adhere to our brand guidelines, usability standards, and the business needs.
- Edit and produce videos including developing motion graphics, storyboarding, music selection, holding screens, digital signage, curating travel stock video for office screens, exporting and compressing video files for web upload, and ensuring all videos meet EG brand guidelines
- Work closely with a global design team; collaborating and when necessary co-designing projects.
- Balance multiple fast-turn, high-priority projects at once with an ability to deliver on deadlines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and help bring stories and initiatives to life in meaningful, relevant ways.
- Support development of assets that reflect our overall company evolution.
- Help evolve and expand our library of assets, including illustrations and photography.
What technical skills will successful candidates possess?
Experience with Adobe creative suite, Canva, design skills across various media and audiences, graphic design at an agency or in house.
SharePoint Design experience is critical.
