We are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing for a spectacularly appointed space in Manhattan for a truly unique organization. This position will lead outreach and partnership efforts by connecting with potential partners within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with experience working with healthcare, nonprofit, or charitable organizations. This role involves developing strategic relationships, securing event bookings and sponsorships, and driving revenue growth through a combination of inbound and outbound sales activities.
COMPENSATION: Salary up to $130,000 plus bonus potential to 25%, 100% employer-paid health/dental/vision insurance (for employee, spouse, dependents/family), STD/LTD, Commuter Benefits, 401k (immediately vested), Laptop, iPhone and monthly phone bill, complimentary breakfast/lunch/snacks, in-house gym membership/access.
Director of Sales and Marketing Skills/Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 3-5 years of related work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service with a demonstrated history of growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing campaign performance to provide optimization recommendations.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management platforms and marketing tools.
- Experience in contract or non-profit fields of hospitality.
