Vaco is currently seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist!
Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for (number) employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and provide insights for decision-making.

Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
- Conduct benefits enrollment and educate employees on their options and programs.
- Analyze benefits trends and recommend enhancements to the benefits package.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field - preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll management and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, as well as benefits compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
