Join us in shaping our future-and yours.Role reports to: Sr Manager Trade Compliance StandardsLocation: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)What you will doThe Lead, NA Trade Compliance Standard is responsible for the implementation of the NA Regional Trade Compliance standards, policies, guidelines and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsures effective integration of global trade compliance processes and standards within regionProvides process support to local Trade Compliance Operations teamBuilds exceptional partnership and relationship across affiliate/regional/global teams to scout business opportunities and translates them into solutionsPartners to support Trade Compliance projects, programs, or initiatives cross company ensuring new standards are understood and deployedMaintain and update regional processes related to internal and external changes and new regulationsSupport regional implementation of import and export data and technology solutionsMeasure and govern regional third-party providers per global process and scorecardsMonitor and execute metrics for measuring compliance and operational performanceInforms on capability gaps to improve efficiency and define how to addressAdvise business on evolving and existing import and export trade regulationsWhat we are looking forPosition Requirements:University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent6 Years Work ExperienceExperience in the application of trade and customs regulations to a global enterprisePrior experience with global trade management systems such as SAP GTS, E2Openor similar systemsExperience developing processes and measuring trade compliance KPIs and metrics, to track success of the different TC programsExperience interacting and collaborating with teams across business functions and regions is preferredThe successful candidate will have a positive approach, excellent strategic and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills, and who is comfortable when interacting with senior business leadersPreferred Requirements/Competencies:Advanced degree with global trade certification preferredWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary bonusCompetitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
